Buyer Information
Buyer information is the information declared by the buyer during the service purchase process. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of this information.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties relating to the sale of the Digitable digital menu platform service offered by the Seller to the Buyer electronically, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. KEY FEATURES OF THE SERVICE
Digitable is a cloud-based digital menu platform designed for businesses in the food and beverage sector. The key features of the service include:
- Creating, editing, and publishing digital menus,
- Creating QR codes and redirecting to menu pages,
- AI-powered image and video generation (credit-based usage),
- AI-powered menu translation and content creation,
- Multi-language support enabling service to international customers,
- Team management and role-based authorisation,
- Multi-location management,
- QR scan analytics and reporting.
The detailed scope of the service is determined by the selected subscription plan. Plan features and limits are published on the Platform's pricing page.
4. SERVICE PRICE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
The service fee is determined according to the selected subscription plan and top-up packages purchased. The price inclusive of all taxes is clearly shown to the Buyer at the point of purchase.
- For users in Turkey: Payment transactions are processed via iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. Payment collection, invoicing, and financial compliance processes are conducted by iyzico.
- For users abroad: Payment transactions are processed via Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle, as the "Merchant of Record", is responsible for international payment collection, invoicing, taxes, and financial compliance processes.
Price Changes:
- Monthly plans: The Seller may change prices at any time. The change takes effect from the next billing period. A notification by email is provided at least 30 days before the change. If the Buyer does not accept the new price, they may cancel free of charge at the end of the period.
- Annual plans: The price is fixed for the commitment period. A notification of the new period's price is provided by email at least 30 days before renewal. If the Buyer does not cancel by the renewal date, the new price shall apply. Automatic renewal can be disabled.
- Top-Up Credit prices: Credit prices may be updated without prior notice. Credits purchased before the update shall not be affected.
5. DELIVERY / PERFORMANCE
Digitable is a digital service and does not require physical delivery. Access to the service is provided immediately upon confirmation of the payment transaction. Once the user account has been created, all service features are activated according to the selected plan.
AI content generation services operate through the credit system. Welcome credits granted within the scope of the plan and purchased top-up packages are used for AI operations.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of service purchase, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
A Buyer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must submit a written notification to info@digitable.ai within this period. The payment shall be refunded within no more than 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notification, using a method appropriate to the payment instrument used.
Immediate Performance Consent: By ticking the checkbox "I accept that the digital service be delivered immediately and I understand that I waive my right of withdrawal" at the checkout stage, the Buyer consents to the commencement of performance of the digital content. In this case, the right of withdrawal ceases pursuant to Article 15(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation.
For EU/EEA consumers, the right of withdrawal ceases under the same principle as set out in Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) where the consumer has given prior express consent to the commencement of performance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

7. REFUND AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Refund and cancellation conditions are set out in detail in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. In summary:
- Full refund: If no credits have been used within 14 days of purchase, a 100% refund shall be made.
- Refund refusal: If even one (1) credit has been used, the service is deemed performed and no refund shall be made.
- For users in Turkey: Refund transactions are processed via iyzico. Approved refunds shall be returned to the original payment method within no more than 10 business days.
- For users abroad: Refund transactions are processed via Paddle. Refund processes are conducted within the framework of Paddle's refund policy.
8. LIABILITY
The Seller is responsible for providing the service in accordance with the agreement. In the event of technical issues affecting access to the service, the Seller shall make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
All content uploaded or created by the Buyer through the Platform (product names, descriptions, prices, images, logos, etc.) is the responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy, currency, or legality of user content.
The Seller does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
The Seller cannot be held liable for failure to provide the service due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, legislative changes, third-party service provider outages, etc.).
9. REFERENCES TO OTHER POLICIES
This agreement forms an integral whole together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Content Policy, and Cancellation and Refund Policy. By purchasing the service, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all of these policies.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Commerce, and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction for disputes exceeding these limits.
The Buyer may file an application with the Consumer Arbitration Board or Consumer Court at their place of residence or at the place where the consumer transaction was carried out.
For EU/EEA consumers, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) is also available.
11. ENTRY INTO FORCE
This agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's purchase of the service and confirmation of the payment transaction. The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all the conditions of this agreement before completing the purchase.
