When you view this menu, the following data is processed: technical access data (IP address, browser, page-view events), the language you selected, items you marked as favourites, and any feedback you submit voluntarily. We do not require user accounts and no personal payment data is collected on this menu.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to operate the menu, prevent abuse, understand which dishes guests are interested in, and improve the offering. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a digital menu) and, for any voluntarily submitted feedback, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Processor

This menu is operated on our behalf by Digitable (MERS YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ) as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Retention

Technical access data is retained for a short time to operate and secure the service. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be retained longer. Voluntarily submitted feedback is retained as long as it is relevant for improving the service.
